Delivery Status

1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with a tracking link. You can also check your status anytime under the “Delivery Status” tab on our website. Simply enter your Order Number and Registered Email Address to view the latest delivery updates.

2. How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
• Klang Valley: 1–2 working days
• West & East Malaysia: 2–4 working days
• Singapore: 2–4 working days
• International Orders: (coming soon)
Important Delivery Notice
To protect the quality of our chocolate in Malaysia’s tropical heat, parcels are dispatched from
Monday to Wednesday only.
(Orders within the Klang Valley may be dispatched from Monday to Thursday.)
We avoid Thursday–Sunday dispatches as parcels may be held in non-air-conditioned courier
facilities over the weekend, increasing the risk of heat exposure.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, weather conditions, or festive periods.

3. How will my order be packed?

Each DarkCHARM order is freshly sealed and insulated for optimal protection during transit. Our triple-layer corrugated packaging and temperature resistant wrapping ensure your chocolate
arrives in perfect condition — even in Malaysia’s tropical climate.

4. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your parcel has not yet been dispatched, you may request an address change within 6 hours of placing your order.

5. What if I haven’t received my order?

If your tracking link shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please:

  1. Check with your building’s security, reception, or neighbours.
  2. Contact the courier listed in your tracking information.
  3. If unresolved within 3 working days, contact DarkCHARM Support at hello@darkcharm.com.my, and we will assist immediately and respond to you within 2 business days.
6. How is shipping calculated?

Standard shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on location and parcel.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver within Malaysia and Singapore.
International delivery is being finalized with our logistic partners and will be available soon.
